FAPP is partnering with Food and Beverage Manitoba (FAB MB) and the World Trade Centre (WTC) Winnipeg to put on a one-day workshop for food entrepreneurs to learn how to assess if they are ready to export and how to prepare. This workshop will cover what to consider when creating an export plan, legal and accounting considerations, food safety requirements, US labelling regulations, overview of the US market and trends and hear from an entrepreneur about their exporting experience. The workshop will be held on March 12, 2019 at the Best Western Plus Pembina Inn & Suites in Winnipeg from 9:00am to 3:30pm.
